Returns:
You can return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items (like pet food once opened)
  • Hygiene items (e.g., grooming brushes, beds if used)
